Crispy fries, great burger with the softest house made poppyseed bun, and from a pretzel and cheese connoisseur, the best pretzel around. Oh, and the milkshakes are great too! We are glad we don't live locally, otherwise we'd be here every day spending our money!
This place is a whole vibe, made a 42 min drive to visit, and was 100% worth it. The char su bbq wings were a instant choice. Justin made me a old fashion that was on point while making 1 addition to it I asked for. Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. The Autumn Tart was a very nice and honestly fantastic end, paired with the Justins version of a Bees Knees drink. Sweet dessert, lightly sweet lightly tart drink worked very nicely. 10/10 experience overall
Went to Good Company for dinner after my husband mentioned that one of my favorite chef’s did a video and featured their food. I tried their two signature drinks - the snow queen of texas which sort of tastes like a margarita and lucky strike which sort of tastes like a Manhattan. I liked lucky strike a little more than the snow queen, but both were good and not very sweet (thank goodness).
For the food we tried their chickpea wings (very unique, and very moist falafel like- which I love) with the good tasting char siu barbecue (not very sweet-thank goodness) and the 72 hour chicken wings in Dad’s hot sauce blend with hot celery. Everything was really good but I couldn’t stop thinking about the celery and the next time I want to get the fried version of it- so good!
I also got the surf and turf with the added crab lump meat- honestly, the lobster beef jus didn’t taste as lobstery to me, but I loved the sandwich and the house made bread. We also got a side of their blue cheese dressing- again very good. Everything was great. They make everything in house which is incredible. The place is huge on the inside and totally vibing! Our server was incredible.
When we got to Good Company, we saw some open spaces on their patio. Asked for a patio seat & was seated right away. It’s a small patio - but it’s perfect for the neighborhood.
We eyed up the fries, so when our server came over I asked if the fries were cooked in the same oil as the chicken wings & server said yes. (So even though the fries are labeled as vegan, they are not).
I got the Shroomer Burger. I asked if the fried onions on the burger were made in the same fryer as the wings & server said yes - so did not get the fried onions. (So burger is labeled as vegan, but it is not). The burger did taste good - but was bummed about the fried onions.
My husband got the grain salad, it looked good & he said it tasted good. But for $13, thought the bowl was going to be a bit deeper.
Glad we tried this place, but bummed when things are labeled as vegan & they are not.
Awesome vibe and good food. Call ahead if you want outdoor seating. The bar looked very happening and the beer cocktails were good. There were a surprising number of good vegetarian options including their signature "good one" burger with two patties to choose from: black bean and chickpea. We ordered the latter and it was kind of a hit or miss as some of us liked it some didn't as much. The chickpea wings were to die for! We chose the Thai sauce on the side and it didn't disappoint either! I wasn't a fan of the strawberry honey cake dessert but I'll let it pass. A side note that there is a kids menu too but the ambience is something I would enjoy without kids 😉
Everything about this place is incredible.. one of the best burgers I've ever had. The wings are fall off the bone delicious and the hot sauce is amazing. Decent beer selection and the boozy shakes are pretty rad. Sunday steak dinner was solid as well. Can't wait to go back.
Excellent service from the server, Lauren, and I believe the gentleman who ran our food was Antone. From the host to bartender, everyone was extremely friendly. I found this gem via TikTok and I’m so glad I did. We ordered the fried chicken skins, which I was not too crazy about, but everything else was good, especially the wings and the Good One. If you have a smaller appetite, then you might want to get only one patty.
You ever start a day in a bad mood, then eat something so good you can't help but smile? Good Company will do this for you. Having eaten in a lot of great places in the Cleveland area, I have to say that Good Company is by far my favorite place. The atmosphere is excellent, the service was fast, friendly, and attentive. The food, in all honesty, was next level good. Best wings in the city, and their Smash Burgers are so good they will linger in your thoughts long after you finish it. A place I will be returning to often.
